Over the last 45 years, A. Sievers GmbH has established itself in Germany as a renowned supplier in the field of vehicle registration plates and mechanical engineering. In addition to the manufacture and supply of a wide variety of plates in the automotive sector, we also offer the matching accessories, high-performance machines and tools as well as a comprehensive range of services.

We are a medium-sized company based in Hemmingen near Hanover. The company was founded in 1976 by Mr. Adolf Sievers, who at that time could already look back on more than 12 years of experience in all areas of the vehicle number plate industry, from planning and technology to production and sales.

The last few years of our company's existence were marked by change due to new blood. Today, the family-run company is managed in the second generation by Mr. Jörg Sievers with his sons Martin Sievers (commercial management), Sebastian Sievers (technical management) and Philipp Sievers (sales management).

We see ourselves as an independent and progressive family business that is equally committed to its customers, employees and the public. We are a member of the Federal Association for Motor Vehicle Licenses (Bundesverband Kraftfahrzeugkennzeichen e.V., BKK), the Industry Association for Motor Vehicle License Plates (Industrieverband Kfz- Kennzeichenschilder), the Federal Association of Car License Plate Companies (Bundesverband  Autoschilderfirmen, BAF) and the Federal Association of Motor Vehicle Licensing Authorities (Bundesverband der Kraftfahrzeug-Zulassungsdienste e.V.), in which we play active roles.
